The Reborn Tale is a small online shop for lifelike reborn baby dolls. Each doll comes with her own name, a little story and a starter kit, so she feels like part of the family from the first hug.
Who we are
The Reborn Tale is operated by LIRA MIDIAS LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 35.659.420/0001-69), at Av. Presidente Getulio Vargas, 2574, Sala 04, Agua Verde, Curitiba, PR, 80240-040, Brazil. We sell online to customers in the United States.
How it works
We do not keep stock in our office. When you place an order, your doll is prepared and shipped directly to you by our doll-making partner. Shipping is free and tracked, and delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from the day you order. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What you get
Our dolls are 19 inch (48 cm) reborn dolls with a soft vinyl face and limbs and a cuddly cloth body. They are collectible dolls, not suitable for children under 3. Photos show the model you will receive, but small differences in color, hair and painting can happen between dolls.
Our promise
You have 90 days from delivery to ask for a return. If your doll arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we send a free replacement or a full refund. Read the details in our refund policy and shipping policy.
