You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unused and in its original packaging.

How to return: email support@vecfinds.com with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to send anything back.

Return shipping: paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Refunds: once your return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
